- Enclosed spaces to be created for street vendors. Look at the feasibility of creating co-operatives that either they or the administration manages.
- Clear the streets of all strays and create kennels for them. They will be available as pets for adoption.
- Achieve 10% reduction on the city beautification drives, and divert the funds for core development. Spend on vehicles for government officials to be reassessed. (Years 1-3)
- Close all potholes and complete drainage system repair across the city. (Years 4-5)
- RTO to regulate the number of vehicles being permitted on roads every quarter. A quota has to be fixed. At the same time retire old vehicles (decide how old. Mostly 15 years and above). Start implementing from years 6-7. See if the add-retire formula works.
Note: We will go slow on the construction of metro rail. To be completed in the next 20 years. More important things to be taken care of first.
